We accept free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. During the holidays, we will accept returns through January 31, 2025.
Rogue will provide a return shipping label to you at no cost. Simply ship your new, unused merchandise back to us for a full refund of the product charge (excluding shipping charges) or exchange. Our no hassle return policy does not require any phone calls or Return Merchandise Authorization numbers. Just mail back the wallet with a note of who you are and a short reason why you're returning the wallet. Customers will receive a refund of the original product charge (excluding shipping costs).
